Our sessions pick you up exactly where you are - whether you come to us for a course or want to dive deeper on a multi-day yoga retreat in St. Peter-Ording. In the middle of the hotel of contrasts, you will find a balance between me-time, community and a real soul vibe.
Wake up Breath
After this session, you won't need any more matcha or coffee, because we'll naturally awaken your energy with the help of your breath. We combine powerful breathing techniques with dynamic movements to supply your brain and body with more oxygen. This makes you clear, alert and frees you from everything you don't want to take with you into the day. Ideal for enjoying your vacation day full of energy and carefree.
Never done Breathwork before? Then it's about time! Get to know it and take this powerful tool with you into your everyday life. You'll get the right audio instructions for at home on top. So let's breathe into our power.
Location: In the Lila Wolken Self Care Club – in bad weather inside in the stretching space, in good weather outside on the terrace in the spa area
