Our sessions pick you up exactly where you are - whether you come to us for a course or want to dive deeper on a multi-day yoga retreat in St. Peter-Ording. In the middle of the hotel of contrasts, you will find a balance between me-time, community and a real soul vibe.
Wake up Breath
After this session, you won't need any more matcha or coffee, because we'll naturally awaken your energy with the help of your breath. We combine powerful breathing techniques with dynamic movements to supply your brain and body with more oxygen. This makes you clear, alert and frees you from everything you don't want to take with you into the day. Ideal for enjoying your vacation day full of energy and carefree.
Never done Breathwork before? Then it's about time! Get to know it and take this powerful tool with you into your everyday life. You'll get the right audio instructions for at home on top. So let's breathe into our power.
Location: In the Lila Wolken Self Care Club – in bad weather inside in the stretching space, in good weather outside on the terrace in the spa area

Nadine Maslonka takes you on a little break from everyday life, somewhere between dunes, detox and deep breaths. For more clarity in your head, more lightness in your heart and a nervous system that says: finally relaxed.

Late summer bliss
Led by Meike, this retreat starts with a sunrise walk on the beach – barefoot, wind-kissed, with a dip in the North Sea for the brave. Then it's time to energize! With a round of functional fitness or Shake the Dust. In the evening it gets quiet. Yin yoga, essential oils and lots of deep relaxation. Just let go – the rest will take care of itself.

North Sea Yoga
Yoga teacher Friederike Bode is bringing her North Sea Yoga retreat to Urban Nature St. Peter-Ording from 3. – 5. October 2025. Perfect for anyone who wants to recharge their batteries in the wind and space in the fall. Four varied yoga sessions - from Ashtanga to fascia yoga to yin – will take place in the Stretchy Space of our Lila Wolken rooftop spa. In between, there is plenty of time to go for a walk, take a sauna, read or simply unwind. A weekend just for you – with salt in the air, peace of mind and space for new energy.

Arrive within
In October, Sophie and Kartik bring a special time-out to Urban Nature St. Peter-Ording: a journey through the world of yoga philosophy - from Kundalini Kriyas with sound to Bhakti, Kirtan, Hatha & Yin Yoga. Daily sessions will take you out of your everyday life and into your senses. In the Lila Wolken rooftop spa, with the sound of the sea and mindful moments, you will find your way back to your energy – with an inward look and plenty of space to breathe deeply.

Somatic Souldance
From November 21 to 23, 2025, Julia Freudenhammer - yoga teacher, hypnosystemic consultant and soul connector - is bringing her winter retreat to Urban Nature St. Peter-Ording.you can expect daily sessions with meditation, breathwork & mindful movement, deep yin yoga workshops, mindfulness, rituals - all in an atmosphere that simply does you good.
In between? Sauna, nature, me-time - perfect for all levels - let your soul recharge!

Yoga, Sound & Sea
The Spring Awakening Retreat from February 6 to 8, 2026 is your invitation to a weekend full of energy, lightness and inner balance. Anne-Katrin Feldkamp will accompany you with powerful Jivamukti Yoga in the morning and relaxing Yin & Sound Bath in the evening - supported by her many years of experience and a deep understanding of yoga, sound and mindfulness.
