Treatments and care from the North Sea make you shine. Fine specials, from algae, mud, seawater and North Sea salt to high-quality natural cosmetics by I WANT YOU NAKED. By the way: you can book massages, wraps, peelings and facials online 24/7.

Yoga in the purple clouds
St. Peter-Ording Hotel Sauna
Either way: whether you like it hot or prefer to relax gently – in the Self Care Club you will find your spot to sweat, switch off and recharge your batteries. The Finnish sauna will make you sweat with a full 90 °C – classic, clear, powerful. The bio sauna is a little softer, but just as relaxed at 60 °C – perfect for slow moments and deep breaths.
After the sauna, it's time to calm down, enjoy a cloud cinema and simply do nothing. In our relaxation rooms or on the roof terrace with a view over the dunes, the North Sea wind will clear your head. Sauna meets Sea Breeze – better than therapy.

Whether you want to get your heart racing or simply clear your head – you'll find everything you need here. Weights, mats and space for your own workout pace await you in the gym. And for all those who like to go high-tech when exercising: Our six Peloton® bikes are ready to go. On-demand workouts, motivating cycling classes and beats to push you - whenever you're ready.
Totally relaxed: You don't need special shoes or clipless pedals. Our bikes come with standard pedals - so you can just hop on and start cycling. No clips, no stress.
